TNG MasterCard Data Collection Policy

TNG (Asia) Limited and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “TNG”, “we”, “us” or “our”) undertake to fully meet the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of the Hong Kong.

Personal data will be collected only for lawful and relevant purposes and all practicable steps will be taken to ensure that personal data held by us is accurate. We will take all practicable steps to ensure security of the personal data and to avoid unauthorised or accidental access, erasure or other use.

This Data Collection Policy (the “Policy”) describes how TNG collect, use and share data from you and the choices that you can make about the way your data is collected, used and shared.

Please note that if you do not provide us with your personal data, we may not be able to provide the information, products or services you need or process your request.

宣布战略退出储值支付工具(“SVF”)业务

我们TNG电子钱包向所有用户宣布,由于公司战略重组和内部架构调整的考虑,我们决定退出储值支付工具(“SVF”)业务。退出储值支付工具业务是公司经过投资组合和市场环境进行深入审查和研讨后做出的决定。我们正在研究一项非储值支付工具业务计划,以转变业务类型,以实践我们的宗旨 “Make Your Life Easier”。敬请留意我们未来的公告。

用户保障

TNG电子钱包将会于过渡期间继续支援所有用户、商户和合作伙伴。我们已预留充足的财务及行政资源,以确保在此期间所有用户、商户及服务合作伙伴的权益得到保障,包括浮动资金的赎回及相关行政程序的顺利进行,并为用户提供必要的指导及支援。

现有独立第三方托管机构, (“Tricor Trust (Hong Kong) Limited”) 将在赎回过程中继续担任托管人。 TNG将从今天10月25日下午4时30分开始进行退出流程,并于2024年12月9日终止所有服务。自2024年10月25日下午4时30分起至2024年12月9日下午6时正,TNG用户将能够以各种方式提取TNG电子钱包中的余额(请参阅下方服务清单以获取更多资讯)。

我们鼓励用户在2024年12月9日之前可透过转数快/银行转帐、朋友转帐和万事达卡消费以使用帐户余额。在2024年10月25日至12月9日期间,所有相关服务费将获豁免。 TNG电子钱包应用程式将于2024年12月9日停止服务,并将向尚有余额的户口收取管理费用。
